Where we deliver and shipping cost
We deliver to addresses in Singapore. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout; please review your address and order total before payment. If no method is offered for your address, email us for assistance.
When to expect your order
Orders to Singapore are estimated to arrive in 15 to 20 calendar days after confirmation, including preparation and transit. Timing can vary by item, carrier and customs clearance; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please order early for festivals or other occasions. We will share tracking details when available.
Our statues ship directly from their source, depending on the item, including Tibet, Taiwan and China. We provide tracking details when they are available from the carrier. Delivery may take longer if there are carrier, customs, weather or other disruptions beyond our control. If we learn of a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update.
